Brenda Balogh Notary Corporation. Welcome to our website. We are located in the heart of Yaletown Vancouver at Homer and Davie. Just two blocks west of the Roundhouse Skytrain Station in the Yaletown Shops Mall.
If you require a document notarized, Walk-ins are welcome on a first come, first served basis. Please bring two pieces of Identification. One piece must be government issued photo identification and the second piece can be a credit card. Certified copies do not require identification and can be brought in by any family member or friend.
The Base cost for a Notarization is $40.00-$50.00 for the first page and $10.00 for each additional page. Extra fees may be assessed for, copying,editing, scanning and emailing documents. In addition any specialized assistance or consultation services may incur
additional charges.This accounts for the extra time spent and expertise invested to ensure that your needs are met.
For larger sets of documents, the cost is based on the nature of the documents and the time and skill required to complete the documents.
